Aristotle Sponsors Arkansas City’s Independence Day Celebration

Aristotle Unified Communications is proud to sponsor Arkansas City’s Independence Day Celebration on Sunday, July 4, 2021. The public is invited for a free evening of fireworks, music, and fun for the entire family! From a vantage point atop the levee, spectators can catch a spectacular view of the firework show reflecting in the Mississippi River.

“Last year’s July 4th celebration brought in nearly 2000 people from all over South East Arkansas,” says Arkansas City Mayor, Rick Hales, “and this year’s firework display promises to be the biggest yet!”

Families should bring lawn chairs, and fireworks will begin shortly after dusk, around 9:00 or 9:30 PM. 

Parking on the levee is allowed, but Mayor Hales requests that visitors park on the shoulders of the road to leave the middle accessible for emergency traffic.
